Hyundai Motor America reserves the right to limit services or reimbursement to any owner or driver when, in Hyundai Motor America's judgment, the claims are excessive in nature, frequency or type of occurrence. Also excluded are services for snow tires, repairs to studs, mounting or demounting of snow chains, any fines, fees, or taxes associated with impound towing as a result of any actual or alleged violation of any law or regulation.
The Hyundai Roadside Assistance program does not include reimbursement for any costs/charges for repairs, parts, labor, property loss, or any other expenses incurred as a result of accident/collision, vehicle abuse, racing, vandalism, or other items not covered by the Hyundai New Vehicle Limited Warranty. and its clubs, and is not liable for the actions of their employees or subcontractors. Hyundai Motor America makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the services provided by the American Automobile Association, Inc. Hyundai Roadside Assistance services are provided through the American Automobile Association, Inc., Heathrow, FL, and its affiliated motor clubs, which are independent contractors of Hyundai Motor America. If and when these networks change and/or discontinue service, or their underlying technology required to support Bluelink becomes obsolete, then the connected services will not work and Hyundai will be forced to cancel impacted subscription services. Bluelink is dependent on 4G LTE cellular networks controlled and maintained by third-party wireless carriers. Features, specifications, and fees are subject to change.īluelink services rely on digital wireless telecommunications technology outside of Hyundai’s control. Three-year term starts from the new vehicle date of first use. Fees apply for map and multimedia over-the-air (OTA) updates after an initial three-year period of complementary updates. Only use Bluelink features and corresponding devices when safe to do so. Bluelink+ requires an active Bluelink subscription agreement subject to the Connected Services Terms and Conditions. Bluelink+ will be available to purchasers and lessees of new 2023 IONIQ and newer Bluelink-equipped Hyundai models.
